The brakes of Mehran VXR 2005 are real hard to press, and by pressing the pedal 3 to 4 times makes some difference in speed.
The overall engine performance is quite satisfactory, but sometimes a question arises in mind that: Is this the car for which we had paid 3.75 Lacs to 4.25 Lacs? Second thing is this, that the Own money on Suzuki Mehran is one lac, it seems that people are satisfied with this car, because the own money is increasing day by day. This own money is just like a parasite for auto industry, and had made the auto dealers billionair in days, but on the other side it is a great headache for the poeple who want to get a new car.

It is better to buy a used imported car then to buy a brand new Mehran. Yes it is cheaper on fuel, but every month you have to replace stupid kind of parts like, door handles, lock knobs, engine mounting, frame, in 5 years of useage you have had replaced each & every part in this car.
The ride is awfull like you are riding on a ChinChi. Above all your life is precious than this car. I drive a BMW 535i (1992) & a MB300E (1993) when I am in KSA & have to spend few weeks every year with this tin can when I am in Paki for vacation... Fawad (Jubail)
