This review is spot on. Cadillacs are pure garbage. I wouldn't buy a Cadillac for all the money in the world. Acura, Lexus, and Mercedes are the best built luxury cars in the world. Nothing beats them by a long shot.

I bought a 97 Deville 3 years ago with 49,000 miles on it. I'll have been happy with it overall. The typical Cadillac problem, Headlight lens fell off, water pump etc. it has 130,000 miles on it now. I drive a lot for work (so comfortable and powerful). Last year it started overheating on the highway (new radiator, new reservoir, hoses, etc.) it still overheated on the highway. I had it in the shop over 12 times in a year. No one can figure it out. now I find it may be the head gasket and crossover bar. It still runs great in town. I can't get anything on trade in, around $3,000 to fix it. My advice get rid of your Deville before 100,000 miles or you'll be sorry.
