"It's a piece of junk"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

It made a really bad clunking noise.

When you started it, you had to turn it over for 3 seconds, let it stop for a couple of seconds, and then turn the key and it would start.

Everything was rotting underneath, it had a really bad brake fluid leak, I had all the brake lines replaced.

Then at about 102,000 miles, I was driving about 60 mph and I went over railroad tracks and the left rear brakes locked up and the truck rolled over into a field.

General comments?

I hated the truck, it had horrible acceleration and when you pulled something, it would sway back and forth really bad.

Who in the heck had that truck before you?

Are you sure that wasn't a '82 Nova?

Dude...you need to slow down a bit before taking on railroad tracks. I don't know where you're from, but if you take the tracks around here going 60 mph then you're definitely asking for a wild ride!

I mean seriously...

You could get hurt!

I complete agree with the guy who put a comment befor me, you can't go 60 mph then fly over the rail road tracks that's just stupid! Then you think its the trucks fault HA.

Wow 60 mph over railroad tracks? I knew a girl in high school that went less than 60 over a track and went airborne in a Ford Ranger and killed one of the passengers. That is totally dangerous and no wonder that truck makes weird noises. Your lucky it's still together and running hopping tracks like that.

Piece of Junk eh?... "I was doing 60...the truck flipped"?...switch it around... should sound more like "The truck went over some railroad tracks while I was doing 60, and because I was doing 60 the rear breaks locked up on me, and I flipped my wonderful truck in to a field" maybe that's the way it went?

I would be at least grateful I was in a domestic full size truck instead of being crushed in an late model full size import truck. Your driving habits are telling you something it would be wise to heed them. I hope I am driving behind you.

I don't know where you all live, but I cross railway lines crossing paved highways at 60 all the time. That is when my 1994 K1500 is running. It mostly rests in the garage, mine or the dealers. They never have been able to properly repair that intake manifold gasket. Now it has taken to quiting for no apparent reason then starting after it has a little rest. Time to trade it in I guess. Import or domestic? Both have their fiercely loyal fans. Hard to separate emotion, fact and fiction.
