I have owned 35 - 40 vehicles. This has been the least reliable I have owned. I know it was used when I bought it, But It has been one thing after another. I bought it for a 3rd car so I would have 4 wheel drive when needed. The 4 wheel drive works well when the rest is working. I have had a lot of leaks in every system, and problems with the transmission.
For and American made car the parts seem a little expensive.
I like the looks and feel of the truck, but it is very unreliable. I don't believe I will buy another.
If you are looking for a reliable older 4x4 with over 100k miles on it, you would be better served by buying a well cared for Pathfinder or 4Runner.
Look at how many old Pathfinders you still see on the road.
I had one for 13 years and did nothing, but change the oil, put one set of tires and one exhaust system on it.
I'd probably still be driving it, if some guy didn't run a stop sign and clobber it.
