Nothing.
Generally the car is very good, rides very well and is very quiet. The seats are not comfortable. Whilst on a 200 mile trip my back started aching and it was the same story on the way back - maybe its because my previous seat was in a volvo. I recommend the bench seats, but that costs more.
What he means is that he used to have a Volvo, and Volvos are well-known for having very comfortable seats.
I just love my Impalla!!! No problems at all so far and the seats seem just fine to me. I have driven mine to Missouri and the trip went without a hitch. It's probably the best car I've had so far.
I also experienced the problems with the seats in my 2004 Impala. Take it to an upholstery shop and have them put extra support springs in the seat (I had him double them up). This will keep the seat from sagging and the lumbar support will be in the right place. The problem isn't in the seat back, but in the part you sit on.
