"Not as nice as my Eldorado"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Biggest problem has been vibration.

When we picked up the car it had a slight vibration. just enough to annoy you. I stopped at a Goodyear store and they found 2 of the tires going bad. They were Goodyear integrity. The dealer made them good and the car smoothed out. a few months back my girlfriend hit something on the high way and blew out the side of the tire. I replaced them with what was supposed to be the best tire for this car. Goodyear Assurance. They always had vibration. Had them balanced 4 times and a Hunter did not help it. Mileage was also worse they always looked flat. I finally said enough and took the tires off replacing them with a cheaper tire that I have on another car. Nitto 460.

They Really improved, but it still was not as dead on as I wanted, but the mileage did come back. I have had this on and off vibration with a Lexus I am selling so I tried having them balanced with a set of adapters instead of the cone all the shops and the Hunter balancers used. These adapters center the wheel on the lugs just how they are on the car. NOW the car is like its never been before. I Finding a shop that has these is not easy.

I was able to get this done at Grand American Tire in Newhall Calif. They were at one time called Halweka adapters and now the are under the name of Vibration solutions. It is worth the hunt to find them and your car will be a new ride.

I has worked for me on 2 different cars.

Hope this helps. Dale Pulde.

General comments?

A pretty nice car for the money. as in all the GM cars I have owned the interior falls apart.

This review was worthless -- I was seeking a review on the car in general, mechanics and electronics, handling, etc. This review is on Goodyear tires. It is commonly known that Goodyear tires are a poor choice for the Seville and that Michelin tires are the tires that belong on the Seville!
