2003 Toyota Avensis t3x from UK and Ireland - Comments

O/s & n/s headlamp units broke, but have been replaced with new re-manufactured units which seemed to have rectified the fault.

I bought the toyota in 2003 and it was to be used only as a taxi. Apart from a problem with the headlamps which has all been rectified this car has served me well allowing me to go to work every day without any problems. the car has now reached {117000}miles and people still get into the car and comment how comfortable it drives, I'm in no dought that it will still carry on for many miles and I will continue to replace the taxi with toyota, s.

Anyone who is fed up with having an unreliable car should buy a TOYOTA AVENSIS. Take it from a taxi driver who drives nearly 200mls a day most days in a week around a town that loves to have speed humps in it, southend on sea.

I just bought an Avensis from the UK. I live in Malta and I bought it second hand, and it still has a fantastic drive as new. I hope it will give me much pleasure in the future.

It is very reassuring coming from a Taxi driver that it easily does 117000 miles and is still going strong.

We are just sending a 53 Avensis back off lease and it has given 3 years of trouble free motoring, The car is built to last. We have just ordered a replacement. Yep another Avensis, but am so pleased with the last one we have decided to buy this one instead of lease!!
