Placing the gears is sometimes difficult.
The back of the car is a little high and it's difficult to see the back when using the reverse gear.

If you like toys... it's ideal, but if you like real cars never think about it.
These cars are usually good cars for the money you pay for them. But if you look at the Nissan Patrol previously owned, any compact car would seem a toy, no matter what it was. Not a fair comparison. I don't own a Cielo.
I have a daewoo cielo, you cannot find a better choice for this price in Iran's market. I have found it reliable and comfortable especially in long distance traveling. It is not comparable with Nissan Patrol 4wd.
About the services, I think you had better replace your car, any car, before it requires serious services.
I have Daewoo Cielo and it is the best choice in Iran, and you cannot compare it with this Nissan Patrol.
Now I can say this can be really uncompairable car in Iran,
Befor this I had a Daewoo Racer GTI, and it was good too,but about this car and in compare of money that you pay this can be the best choice.
About the Service, I've had never problem, From Racer upto Cielo.
It's really comftable and fast and also strong.

Actually cielo is a fine car and you'll probably get it when you ride one.
But I think the price is a bit high in iran. (i heard that in korea the price of the used cielos are something like $500 only)
Good car overall, and just like many people said above, you can't compare it with patrol.
Patrol is not a bad car, but its too heavy for its engine.
And its ride kinda sux.. i mean its too noisy. (no offence)
Anyways I can say that Cielo is a nice budget car with good air conditioning system.
