3rd gear locks due to tranny sensor malfunction (120K)
Altenator when at (130K)
Hi pressure p/s hose blew at (132K)
Constant engine light.
Car shakes at 1.5Krpm.
Air filter must be replaced every 3 oil changes.
Rear suspension sqeeks.
Rear speaker hums and makes clicking sounds.
Cd player is going at (145K)

i am korean. I believed in this car when it was handed to me as a graduation gift. now it is a graduation burden. I feel better in a ford taurs from 1989 with 3 wheels. the car thos is very comfortable especially when it is stopped in the middle of the road when the car won't start for some reason. cold start has become normal, in this car. expect to flood the car, expect to go see a mechanic all the time and expect the worse.
Comfortable. girls think it's a jaguar. heated seats.
The Same thing is happening to me!!! I m going to take legal actions, since I'm not the only one. The car stopped in the middle of the highway... Icould have died. Never again will get or recommend getting a car from Hyundai.
This must be a Hyundai thing!A couple of years ago I got a Hyundai coupe, I thought it was the dogs, but it turned out to be a total dog. It was down the garage for more times than it was on the road, and usually due to mysterious electrical problems. The crux came when I was driving down a main road one night and the car just conked out and died in the middle of nowhere on a main A road near Lancaster, everything just died. Then to cap the whole bloody thing off it started to sheeting down with rain and I ended up walking like 5 miles to the nearest phone cause I couldn't get a mobile phone reception. I will never EVER EVER buy a Hyundai again. Hyundai Crusty more like... total crap
