Everything is fine.
I don't like the panel that is placed on the centre of dashboard.
I bought Vios to replace my old Corolla. I am a satisfied fan of Toyota since I had been using my Corolla since 1996 when I bought a new one.
I previously had a plan to buy a new Corolla Altis in 2004 to replace my Corolla 1996 but it seemed that Altis is too big and also too expensive for me, so I bought this Vios.
I love my Vios, its engine power is similar to that of Corolla 1996 as it has already utilised VVTi technology.
Its fuel consumption is very low, it can run for almost 18km for a litre petrol for highway driving.
Toyota vios-good handing, good fc, good QC and less problem!
I agree with you, the Vios has similar power to old (I mean '96-'98 All-New) Corolla SE-G, but with VVT-i the Vios is more responsive and drink less fuel.
My previous '97 Corolla consumed fuel 9 km/liter averagely, my '03 Vios G is 11 km/liter.
Powerful yet nice MPG ratio. imho, the car has best of both world. mine is vios g/at (automatic transmission), maximum speed ever tested is 176km per hour (110mph), while the consumption is 1 litre for 13 kms (about 55MPG).. the acceleration rocks below 4500rpm (above that is so-so)... quite satisfied.
