Aw some engine from the cadillac family. one of the fastest cars I have ever owned and with all new module and chip. Makes a front engine drive car smoke any Vet made. Have over 390 horsepower on the front wheels. Amazing power for a 1994 engine 10 for the North Star engine. If you own one, just maintain your engine properly and you the most awsome engine ever built. I also, own the front engin Eldorado. same year as SLS. You're very fortunate to have had this car for so many years and miles and not have had too many quality issues. I kept my 97 Seville SLS for one year and drove it 10k miles. I was literally at the mechanics once a month for repairs. My love for its smooth engine and flawless ride waned to dislike. So I sold it to a young mechanic for next to nothing.
Yea, we'll see how you feel about the Northstar engine awhile later when the headbolts pull loose and it fills full of antifreeze and locks up!
Your car is not making 390 hp unless you have been doing some serious modifications, the SLS Seville of this time period made between 270-275 hp while the STS made between 290-300 hp.
