Nothing so far, but early days!
Bought second hand a few weeks back with 45K on the clock for £2840 which can't be bad.
Perhaps a little tight inside for room compared to my previous mk1 Laguna or the Carina I had before that (I'm 6' 2''). Otherwise very comfy, nice supportive, but firm seats, good driving position.
Our other car is a VTEC Honda Accord 1.8 so the Primeras unit doesn't rev quite so sweetly and actually sounds a little gruff by comparision, but it is torquey and seems to do the job nicely (it's due a service and will probably improve after new plugs/air filter. The up side is the mpg (37.5 so far) which is great for a car of this size.
The car comes with 6 CD autochanger which is great and the climate control is a bonus for this age/spec of car.
The steering is very light, but I suppose I'll get used to it (suspension is first rate and it does handle very well)
Only annoyance is that the plastic textured top of the dashboard reflects against the windscreen in direct sunlight. Overall though this looks like being a great buy (oh the alloys are starting to corrode slightly too, but apparently that's a common fault!)
I agree with all of your comments on the Nissan Primera S.
My father passed on his to me when he purchased his new car.
I previously owned a Toyota Carina with 207k miles and it used to return 40+ miles per gallon so I was disappointed with the Primera with fuel consumption. Other than that it is a car.
