After a trailer ride across the USA I had to redo the top of the motor, valves, etc., don't ever try to push start!
Needs clutch now, dealer says 1000$.
Rear wiper doesn't work.
CD player is a music critic.
Sunroof leaks a little, but OK for 10k.
Oh yeah, the antilocks are out & the low fuel light warns at 1/4 tank or not at all.
Rattle trap.
Expect repairs, hard to work on, I suggest you make friends with a local Mitb/Dodge dealer.
Car handles well, best on 1/2 to full tank (mild oversteer). AWD is great, for a 2.0L performance is great (@210hp). Lots of mods, 300hp is streetable. Suspension is a little soft for me.
Holds lots of cargo, but the rear seats are for 10 & under.
A taller, smoother gearbox would be a plus.
Very fun to drive.
If the floor of your car is wet, the drain lines for the sun roof are probably clogged. I had this problem... I didn't even know the sun roof had drain lines.
I have had my 1995 Eagle Talon ESi for 6 years and yet to have any of the problems you have described.
