Your report is short, not qualifying your observations at all. As speed increases, Caliber's acceleration is less objectionable. Above 30 or 40mph, pushing the gas pedal very very hard overcomes a detente. The car is taken out of economy mode & into Power mode, & passing becomes possible, if not something to be enjoyed. From 0 to 15mph, the engine is computer controlled & acceleration is very poor. Foot & leg room in the rear seat is lacking if the front seats are all the way back. Room from the firewall to the front of the instrument panel & room at the exterior rear of the car is wasted, which should have been saved for the rear seat passengers & better trunk space.
