I had a seal go bad on the wiper blade in which let water in and leaked on the blower assembly and that happen at 35,000 miles so it was covered under warranty.
It's a great car. Nothing to complain about I have gotten 35 mpg highway and 34 city and country. I have went beyond the epa. The car handles good after I maxed out the air pressure on the tires. The economy went up and handling improved.
Good luck not having one or more of those tire blow out on your while you're on the freeway.
As long as the tyres are pumped to within maximum specifications there's virtually no risk of a blowout. Indeed, the risk increases (along with fuel consumption) for under inflated tyres due to added wear and drag. Like most other cars, the Lancer's manual suggests higher pressures if travelling over a certain speed (140km/h).
