Brakes sticking, brake lights randomly lighting, AC knob broke off, headlight knob broke behind the dash, constantly overheating, fuel gauge sender broken twice in 6 months (fuel gauge not working), starter went bad, clutch replaced, stick shift knob fell off.
All of this WELL BEFORE the 50K miles mark.
Gas mileage is terrible for a 4 cylinder. My 1971 VW bus gets better mileage.
I have a 1996 ford ranger XLT and I can get 310 miles on one tank of gas and that's with runing my ac and driveing fast its also a 5 speed so maybe that could be why? anyways that sucks for you man I have over 190.000 miles on my truck and its still runing good never had any probs with it at all and I got it used.
