I guess the blaming the manufacturer is easier than admitting that you didn't service the car as often as you should have.
There is no "sludge monster", only neglectful owners.
After reading these posts I'm wondering if GM outsourced Saab to Microsoft. Seems you have to reboot the car every 10 miles.
