Stock mid to late 90's rexes run 13's out of the box. They easily take up to 18 pounds with no more mods than an exhaust, intercooler, pump and remapped chip, seeing them push high 12's. Obviously depending on what turbo it came with which varies but suby turbos are a dime a dozen.
