1998 Dodge Neon Highline from North America - Comments

I have a 98 highline 5 speed manual. its about 62000 miles and theres is a very small oil leak. I'm affraid it may be what everyone else is talking about. I read that there were voluntary head gasket repairs done at dealerships. can someone tell me how to do this because I am very low on money. also... what is CAIN? thank.

I have a 1998 neon, I bought with 30k miles on it 2 years ago. I have had a major oil leak for the past year, open the hood oil almost looks like it leaked out around the oil cap. Also anyone have the check engine light never go off even after ht car has been checked out?
