Hi and thanks for all tne comments which which I find very interesting even the essays!!! I have a fairly clean low mileage green STDT which I plan to keep standard although I would like to find a tan leather interior for my car (the kind they put in the 205 gentry) but am having a lot of trouble finding one, I assume this is because only around 400 gentrys were brought into the country so are fairly rare. Any suggestions of were there might be one being broken or an interior available? as my searches on ebay and other similar sites have so far proved fruitless.Thanks.
As for the cheap jibes about those who've written an essay that's a bit unfair. It is probably the best bit of free impartial advice you're gonna get. Where better to learn a thing or two about a car than from owners who've have or have had actual experience of running these cars and have chosen to share their experiences with other current or prospective owners.

Hi does any one no how many 205 stdts were made I know that were only made for one year in 3 colours I have a green one just curious many thanks.
Just bought a 205 STDT in gold off eBay. Loving it, great car.
Can't wait to pass my test and start driving it. Trying to keep it standard.
I'm having a problem with the boot; it leaks. Does anyone know what would be causing it?
