10:52, Toyota dealers are known for their poor service. Just check other comments on this site, there are comments of people who had engine failures under warranty and Toyota would not repair because all of the services were not done by them or so on and so on.
I have a 2000 Buick LeSabre and the other day my 6th window quit. I will prop it up myself because I certainly won't give Buick any more money. The car only has 42,000 miles on it!
