1995 GMC 1/2 Ton SE 5.0
Summary:
GM really did a good job with this truck!
Faults:
Haven't really done anything major to my truck.
Front brakes didn't go until 102000 miles.
The rear was good for 155000.
Still have the original alternator, fuel pumps etc..
General Comments:
If you're looking for a pickup truck, BUY a GMC Sierra. These trucks are dependable and tuff. I pull a 5800 lb. camper with no problems. Best truck to own and drive.

I agree, we own a 95 Sierra, had it since 97 and the only major problem we had with it was the transmission had to be rebuilt, it's on its last legs now, but has served us well. Too bad GM lost its way from about the 99 model year and onwards...
