1991 Honda Legend 3.2 V6 from Argentina

Faults:

Three plates have became broken in 6 years (The plate located between the engine crank and the torque converter).

Given that the car goes absolutely well after change it, it was impossible to find the cause.

If somebody can help me with this trouble, it would be wonderful for me.

Seats leather is better in Mercedes.

General Comments:

Very good riding.

Low consumption.

Very comfortable.

The last big car with front wheel drive.

Magic driving on snow or ice.

1991 Honda Legend 3.2 V6 from UK and Ireland

Summary:

Great car with performance to match

Faults:

Apart from normal wear and tear My head gasket blew at 103.000.

General Comments:

In all honesty I can't fault the Legend, but I do fault Honda UK by taking away the pleasure of owning a Honda by charging extortionate prices.

1991 Honda Legend 3.2 V6 from UK and Ireland

Summary:

An excellent car that is grossly underated

Faults:

Apart from normal replacement parts on regular servicing, the only item to fail has been the battery on holiday in France in 98.

General Comments:

I have no reason to part with this car for a long time to come. It is reliable, comfortable and uncommon. I am going to convert the car to LPG as a means of reducing running costs.

If you remove your air filter to a racing filter, you will never again get another car. Fuel consumption is even reduced - speed increased and THAT sound of the engine - like a Gold-wing motorbike on full throttle or Ferrari zzzooooom. Uphill in NORWAY is like driving on the plain - loads of power.

I have used this Legend for years without surprise - it still looks new outside and inside. I still wonder why it has not been "discovered". It's like flying RAF. Use APS 0-50 oil.
