2001 Renault Twingo Quickshift 60 HP petrol from France

Summary:

Very good car. Exceptional if you mind the price

Faults:

Nothing until 100000 km. Then: pressure ball of the gear box (100 €), battery, one front spring, rear brakes.

One total breakdown at 120000 km (electricity).

General Comments:

Everything is good, except the steering.

Needs 5.5 l/100km.

2001 Renault Twingo Authentiqe 1.2 i from Croatia

Summary:

Great car (so small outside and so big inside) and comfortable too

Faults:

Nothing so far !

General Comments:

I really think that Renault is a very good manufacturer. Renault cars are not so expensive such as German, but Renault is more reliable.

2001 Renault Twingo Free 1.2 from Venezuela

Summary:

Need a small car? Buy this one!

Faults:

Absolutely nothing.

General Comments:

It's very roomy and spacious, accessing the rear seat is easy and the controls are well designed and positioned.

The dash is fairly simple, it needs a RPM meter and a water temp indicator, this was easily solved because my dad installed those items before he gave me the car.

Being a woman, this is easy for me to wash the car and to park it on the street.

The air conditioner is strong and the windscreen washer is fast, remember it has only one and the rear wiper works fine, this was an after market option.

The fuel tank is cheap to fill and last around 400kms which is good.

All my friends are asking to their parents to buy them Twingos because we all are amazed with these little cars.

The dealer service is good.
