I agree, great cars, but... LOL... they're not all dead & gone. I currently drive my 88 Vic LX every day. Sadly I'm about to flip 75k on it, so I can't say 74,000 any more when I'm bragging about it... LOL.

These cars are very reliable. I myself have an '88 Crown Vic, and it's about to roll over to 330,000 miles. She was my first car, and had 203,000 miles on her then.
I have always taken really good care of her. I plan to drive it for a lot more time. Although, I need to do some top end work to it. Sounds like the lifters are starting to go, but it's cool. The OHV motors are cake to work on.
