1996 Fiat Uno review from UK and Ireland
"Great for long distance driving"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front brakes and emergency brake cable, which only cost me $28 because I had discount coupons, and I had to pay no labor because I did it myself.
General comments?
I bought this car for long distance driving (100 miles or more each way). It has a turbo engine. Average 50mpg; highway 55mpg, city 45mpg.
It's not that fast, but fast enough that you don't have to floor it everywhere; it just has to reach a little over 2500rpm, then gets out of gear, but when the car's fully loaded with people, that changes.
The equipment in this car is reasonable.
Other than service and brakes, I've had no problems with the car.
