1999 Nissan 200SX Hi Spec review from Australia and New Zealand
"Best car produced by Nissan"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I blow my turbo racing the car at Easter Creek Raceway. I pushed the car to hard in 3rd gear and hit a flat spot changing to 4th gear.
My interior is also fading away.
General comments?
This car has all the power you ever want. Even with 20inch low profile tread on it, it's still performs and burns rubber. I bought this car stock from a 53yr old man. I did all the work to it. I've lowered it 3inches form the front and 3.5 inches from the rear. Flared the guards, fibrecom body kit, front mount intercooler, a BIG T4 roller bearing turbo, forged pistons, cams the works. But you have to see the exhaust, it's a big 3 and a quarter inch pipe from the turbo all the way through till it meets a massive HKS hot dog and finishes with a 5 and quarter inch tip.
When taking off the stage 3 turbosmart blow-off valve wakes up the neighbourhood. Cruising in 3rd gear the car justs wants to fly. If it had wings my 'Silent Knight' would take off.
