1995 Ford Aerostar XLT review from North America
"I will keep this van till the day it hit the scrap yard"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I purchased this van for $1500.00 and it was in great condition. The first repair came when the thermostat went bad at 68000 miles.
I replaced the drive belts at 70000 miles.
The rack and pinion needed to be replaced at 72000 miles.
I recently had the vehicle painted.
The front spring coils had to replaced due to sagging.
General comments?
After all the major repairs and paint job I still came out on top. Total money invested $3500 including the vehicle.
The van runs great and awesome on long trips.
