1997 Nissan Bluebird Le Grand review from Sri Lanka
"Grate Luxury car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have change my A/C Compressor at 110000 km US$100 and Petrol pump at 135000 km US$35 everything got it from used junk yard. Also I have change my front suspensions and top mount (New) at 130000km US$110.
My previous owner has not changed the automatic transmission fluid properly so I had to do a complete repair my Auto transmission box which cost me US$150 in Sri Lanka.
And routing maintenance brake pads, sperk plugs, break oil flushing, radiator flushing etc.
General comments?
This car is very comfortable luxury car. More leg rooms even in rear. Handling is very smooth. 90' bend can take 120Kmph without sliding. It's a powerful car, but pickup is little low.
7 years old car everything is working ABS, Airbag, Mirror Heaters, Fount & rear windscreen heaters, power Antenna etc.
After my car model U14 Nissan has stopped this Bluebird manufacturing. They have rename as Sylphy and fixed it to a new N16 with some engine and interior change. But Bluebird has it's own identity. I hope they will do it as a new bluebird.
