What things have gone wrong with the car?

I need help I haven't had this car long and I took it to get the oil changed and they disconnected the battery and when they did the raid in the car now has went into the LOC mode and I have no clue how to get it off can someone please help me you can email me at sept1974@frontiernet.net.
