1986 Pontiac GTA review from North America
"Best bang for the buck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I just recently replaced the front passenger side brake rotor. It was warped and caused the car to shake when the brakes were applied.
I just replaced the water pump. First time since I have owned it.
I plan on replacing the motor because it burns/leaks a little oil. (about a quart a month)
General comments?
I love the look of the car, the power of the motor and the quick response of the Multi-Tuned port fuel injection. I own 2 GTAs. I will eventually get a 3rd, but this one will be a manual. The 2 I have now are both automatics.
I have had to occationally replace parts here and there, but I can't complain to much.
Unless I become filthy rich and can afford a Koenigsegg, or Saleen, I will own a GTA.
