1990 Jeep Wrangler Sport review from North America
"An excellent vehicle IF you are into off-roading and working on your car. Only IF!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had to rebuild the carburator, put in a new exhaust and replace the rear U-joint and driveshaft.
If you are buying a Wrangler, stick with 91 or newer, the carburator on 89-90 is horrible, mine is still having problems.
General comments?
Overall, I love it and it's great fun to work on it. My girlfriend hates it though, the ride is way too rough for her.
Everything else is great, though the transmission that came with the Wrangler leaves much to be desired.
