1995 Peugeot 205 gld review from UK and Ireland
"Great car if had it new"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had the car for a year now,
It will start always, slow in cold weather.
A lot of bushings bearings going now.
Replaced 2 brake disks and pads, rear bearings and shoes.
2 track control arms,2 anti-roll bar bushings,
Timing/cam belt, water pump.
Power steering pump, diesel tank level gauge.
Now the diesel pump is leaking and both CV joints
are perished!
It's time to go I think.
General comments?
Don't buy an old 205 diesel unless you have bottomless pockets. Only for EBAY I'd be broke!
