1977 GMC Pickup sierra review from North America
"Wild thing"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
3 rear ends (smoke shows). Radiator 61000 miles 2 Starters. couple sets of shocks.
Lots of rear tires
4 drive shafts (also do to smoke shows)
replaced carb at 86000 miles.
General comments?
I have never owned a more rugged truck than my ole GMC. It was the most reliable truck I'd ever driven and it was extremley fun! I wish to this day that I could have been a wiser man when I bought this truck. It was set up like a hot rod from the factory. A 350 V-8 engine, a TH350 transmision and a 12 bolt, 3.08, Posi-Traction rear. No options inside at all!( not even a radio) I beat this truck until it's last day and it NEVER let me down.
