1996 Holden Apollo SLX 2.2 EFI

Summary:

Reliable

Faults:

Hole in radiator.

Rear window won't wind.

Paint starting to fade.

Developed a slight clunk in the rear.

General Comments:

Hands down, the most reliable car I have EVER driven.

Constantly going away in this car; it's good to know I will always get where I am going.

Usually get about 850km to a tank of fuel; takes about $100 from empty to fill.

Have towed a decent sized trailer camping in it, does it with ease, just got to keep an eye on the rear part of the exhaust (hangs a bit low).

Massive trunk, makes going away easy!

Very roomy for all passengers.

Great car. I don't plan on parting with it anytime soon! Highly recommended.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Now at 300,000km, just replaced the 4 struts and clutch. Still running great.
