2011 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.5 turbo

Summary:

Fast, loud, fun

Faults:

No mechanical/interior/exterior issues so far. The car was delivered perfect, and to a very high standard of quality.

The only downside is the cost of fuel, as it only takes premium, and tends to really chew it up if you have a heavy foot.

General Comments:

I am very pleased with my WRX. I bought it brand new, and was impressed with the dealer I purchased off. Excellent warranty and good price. The power of the 2.5 turbo is mind blowing, it smokes of most other performance cars with ease (Especially other stock vehicles without forced induction).

One of the most impressive features of this car is its exhaust, which even though stock sounds incredible - it has the WRX sound without the aftermarket price. This can be irritating to some however who may prefer a quieter car. If so, this car is not for you.

Other good points are the racing style seats, which are surprisingly comfortable and still keep you upright while cornering heavily.

Security is paramount in these cars as theft is common, and with datadot and laser detection on the windows (if ever smashed), as well as an alarm system, you would be an idiot to even try steal it. Another good point with security is these new models do not need a PIN code in order to start the ignition, which in previous models was a hassle to owners.

The new wide body from the STI and thicker 17" rims make the WRX look the part, especially with the quad exhaust set up.

All in all, a great car, good in every aspect, but mainly for the car enthusiast.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
