2000 Toyota Bandeirante Old Landcruiser 3.9 diesel

Summary:

The best car if you have no other options

Faults:

Radiator hose leaking.

Noisy interior.

Internal fan does not work.

Poor quality control at the factory.

Light bulbs blown every time.

General Comments:

The car is the old model Landcruiser made in the 60's, still in production in Brazil. It's still under warranty, but the dealers can't solve the problems, although servicing and parts are very expensive. It's a very expensive car but offers little to the owner. Its biggest quality (and the only one) is reliability.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

What are they getting for this version of the Land Cruiser$$? Is A/C standard? What transmission options are available? What kind of mileage does it get? Can I get one shipped to the US. Does the vehicle have a 12 volt system or 24?

I would just like to see the answers from the July 16 comment as I have the same questions.
