No bad comment could be reported, except that the brake disc was changed after two years (on 60000 kilometers).

A car with high performance, but the engine's sound can be heard inside the car.

I've done 70k Km with this car and nothing absolutely happened, just normal maintenance like changing brake pads, new tires (as I'm living in hot UAE weather), air filter and coolant. Just follow the owner's guide.

I love this car, and I highly recommend it for young families.

Advantages:

4. Comfortable ride, great driving position and great visibility.

6. Cornering is great with little under steering.

7. Roomy interior and compact exterior.

Disadvantages:

1. The 1.3 liter engine is slow while overtaking with the car, but it accelerate rapidly later.

2. Few storage spaces in the interior (cup holders, etc).

3. Boot space is average.

4. A/C is very good and cool enough, although a stronger fan would be appreciated.

Value, well equipped and a good investment.

It was stolen, and when I reported this incident, I discovered that there's a gang who stole about 120 Mitsubishi Lancer model 2006/2007 in just 6 months, and that gang found something about the car which allow them to steal it easily without the original key (keep in mind that it has an immobilizer to keep it from being stolen).

But I think there's something serious wrong with its immobilizer system.

I recommend any one bought this car to use a good alarm system with the steering wheel lock to keep it safe.

The car was the best deal in price/performance.

This one of the best cars I owned, although the car looks small from outside, but it's very big from inside, a lot of room in front and in the back, the handling is great, stability is very good, the engine is a bit weak for this car, I would recommend the 1.6 engine, otherwise it's a great looking family car suitable for all purposes, very comfortable at long drives too (over 10 hours) I would certainly recommend this car to anyone, specially in Egypt.

This car is generally good for its price, it's smooth ride with good stability on high speeds and curves, The engine is smooth though with sleek sound, I think it's a perfect car for a small family or someone who needs a smooth ride with low fuel cost, it looks good, and it has a lot of accessory parts that you can put to custom it.
