Faults:

This was an exceptional car - no faults at all during 5 years and 90000 km - only service every 20000 km. For comparison my earlier BX had problems and I was ready to change the brand.

General Comments:

Comfortable and roomy.

It needed constant driving on good roads. But on bad roads and on ice it was good. Even won the best winter car title.

Seats went soft after 5 years use and that was the main reason to change it.

Faults:

Brake block on right front tire is loose, kind of a disturbing noise when running.

Little bit stacking problems with the front brakes (old hydraulic fluid?)

General Comments:

Only had to change two light pulb for instrument panel.

Leg room in drivers seat is minimum, distance from accelerator pedal to floor is not enough.

Travels on highway like a smooth dream.

Car body is beautiful.

Front seats could be better.

Faults:

There is always something when you have a car which is six years old. But considering my experience with my previous cars, the Citroen Xantia seems to be quite reliable.

General Comments:

Very comfortable and nice car. This car gives you an extremely nice ride!
