Faults:

The car was bought with several problems like the front suspension totally ruined, all 4 shock absorbers unserviceable, and the battery was too small for the car (which implies poor power and mileage).

General Comments:

I bought the car because it was a "bargain", but later it turned out to be in quite bad shape.

I needed a pick up to carry small loads from place to place, and hate borrowing or renting cars for the purpose; besides, we needed another vehicle in the house.

The car looks good and handles quite well, had to spend some good money fixing the suspension and shocks. Still haven't bought the battery, since haven't had the need to use it, but will definitely do it in the future.

The interior looks good for a car that age, and is very comfortable. Being a short bed pick up, it rocks like a wild horse on rough roads, but other than that, I'm happy with it.

Faults:

Clutch was changed twice at 80k; the second time was because of low quality clutch plate.

There has been some rain leaking in from the driver's window and back window, but that was easy to fix with window silicone.

Rear lights kept going out due to a short circuit.

The locks of the car can be easily opened with other keys, which bothers me a little bit. Shhh, don't tell anybody :)!

Shocks and some other suspension parts were changed at 89 K; before that it was unstable, and made squeaky noises.

General Comments:

Super reliable light truck! Love it!

Very tough, I have taken this car so many times off-road, even though is not a 4x4, and it has handled great as long as it has some weight on the back.

The 2.5L engine is semi-good in gas mileage, but lacks a little power, especially on regular gas.

This car is overall very good, rugged, and basic.

It's mildly comfortable, but can be tiring for longer trips.

Headlights are great; it has the best visibility of all the cars I have ever had.
