Summary:
Reliable, fast, nice looking, not so comfortable
Faults:
Faulty alternator - fixed, 80$.
Battery - 120$.
2 injectors - 120$ each original.
General Comments:
The most reliable car I have ever owned. I wanted to buy a Lumina, but my wife wanted the Cavalier. So for her birthday I bought her the Cavalier. I love the smooth ride, but the Cavalier is not so comfortable as the Lumina is. Personally, I prefer Citroen cars (I own a Citroen ZX too; it is much more comfortable than the Cavalier).
Overall, it is a strongly built, good handling car. Acceleration is very fast. It can carry you anywhere.
Good on fuel consumption: in the city it does 1L/8.5KM, and highway 1L/12KM.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
