Summary:

Great (second hand) price/quality

Faults:

-The air tube connected to the tank was twisted so every liter that went in tried to gush out again. easy 1,70 euro repair.

-Rear suspension is a bit wobbly and sounds broken, but passed MOT in that state.???

-replaced cracked right rearview mirror.

-corroded electrical contacts.

-sometimes hard to get in 1st gear (especially when cold)

-rear window wiper motor broke.

General Comments:

This is a good looking car in it's class.

Compared to my previous car ('88 escort) it's much more luxerious; better seats and adjustment (back seats too!), adjustable steering wheel, adjustable dash lights, interior lights that stay on long enough to find ignition.

The interior finish is good, nice fabric (apart from the fake leather)

Minus is the distinct 80's dashboard and the fact that this model doesn't have an RPM clock.

Other minus is the automatic choke which doesn't seem to work properly.

Summary:

A reliable and nice looking car!

Faults:

One cylinder cable (out of 4) suddenly broke down at 110000 km. (the dealer replaced it free of charge)

General Comments:

A very nice and reliable car!

Wasn't cheap, but well worth the investment.

The only drawback is probably the lack of comfortable space for passenger seats in the back, but hey... it's a coupé.

Economically OK; I drive it at approx. 14 kilometers a liter.

Summary:

Engine runs excellent like a swiss clock

Faults:

Replaced disks at the front.

New timing belt at 100000km's.

The red paint isn't the best choice, it starts to wear.

General Comments:

Nice engine: Reliable, runs perfect, sounds great, quick enough and cheap on gas (1:15km's).

The car is very reliable. It is used every day with 50km's to work and 50km's back home.

Maintenance so far: a few oil changes, replaced spark-plugs twice and replaced air filter once. Steering, gear-shifting and pedals are easy in use.
