2014 BMW 3 Series 320i 2.0L turbo

Summary:

A great luxury sports sedan

Faults:

Only one item, which were the front brakes:

Purchased the car in June 2015, and by September the "Check Brakes" light went on.

Front brakes were replaced - Dealer said this was normal wear and tear. I disagreed since the car only had around 55,000 km and I had only purchased it 2 months prior. Dealer split the cost of brake replacement with me.

General Comments:

This would be the third model year after BMW had changed/updated the styling. I greatly appreciate the new refreshed look. The car itself runs, drives and performs as a BMW would be expected to. For the smaller engine, the car does extremely well in all conditions.

I purposely waited to review this car until I had it in the winter, since I always want to know this feedback prior to purchasing. The AWD system is amazing and does extremely well handling snowy conditions. Paired with 4 winter tires, the car is more than capable and hardly slips. I will note that there are 3 driving modes (Sport, Comfort and Eco), but right above this switch on the center console is a Stability System Off button. When you turn off the stability system, the traction control is put to much better use and the car handles even better - I only realized this after the first snow fall.

The size of the car is perfect for a small luxury sports sedan. It's greatly larger than the previous design.

Overall, I am very pleased and will be looking at BMW again for my next vehicle... possibly the new redesigned X1... it looks MUCH better!

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
