The brakes and battery need replacing often.

The fuel pump needed to be replaced after 20 stalls and 3 tows later. The dealer couldn't figure out the problem until the car completely died.

I've had to change the alternator, clock spring, oxygen 2 sensor and many other items that I can't think of at this moment. I was reimbursed for the clock spring as it was one of many recalls on the car.

This was my first American car and my last. I will never buy a Chrysler vehicle again. I was trying to save money, but haven't saved a thing. I will go with my first or second choice next time... a Honda odyssey or Toyota Siena.

We had transmission problems like many folks do with a Dodge van. I was faithful in changing the filter and fluid on the transmission and didn't start having real problems until 163,000 miles. I don't believe that is bad for all of the traveling I do through the Rocky Mountains, loaded down with 5 children, a wife and luggage. I just had it replaced with a new transmission for $1,400 which we prayed about and the Lord provided the whole amount. So you could say it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Father.

Other than that, we did have to replace the engine, but again, with the help the of Lord it only cost me $500 and a little help. We are ready to put another 165,000 miles on it again.

Gas tank had to be replaced twice due to a faulty design at 500 miles.

Brake rotors in the front had to be replaced after 15,000 miles.

Seats have started to wear badly after 20,000 miles.

Transmission had to be completely replaced after 26,000 miles.

Both head gaskets replaced after 30,000 miles.

Lower part of the engine - crank shaft and bearings were replaced after 45,000 miles.

This vehicle should have spent more time on the design board before it was released to the general public.

Although a catchy design and more than roomy interior, its serious design flaws drag it down into the mud.

It would appear in its efforts to dominate the market, Chrysler used available components instead of redesigning them to handle the stress of this platform.

A stronger transmission, and better braking would have made this vehicle a much better contender.

Transmission developed a hole in the casing around the 100,000 mile mark.

Transmission was completely destroyed at 130,000.

Brake spring broke at 135000.

Gas line developed a leak at 135000.

Cruise control disabled after 130000.

Radiator bled dry at 135000.

This van gets about 18 miles to the gallon on the interstate.

It is very roomy for taller people like myself, a feature that I rarely find in cars or SUVs.
