Faults:

A/C broke - 114,000.

Seat broke - 60,000.

Water pump - 85,000.

Radiator - 95,000.

Oil pan gasket - 90,000.

Tranny pan gasket - 90,000.

Head gasket - 114,000.

Shock absorbers - 95,000.

O2 sensor - 110,000.

Rotors - 60,000 and 100,000.

Battery - 100,000 and 115,000.

Tie rods - 90,000.

Sway bar - 95,000.

Tires - 40,000 and 80,000, and will need to be replaced in the next 5,000 miles.

Many more small things.

General Comments:

Overall this minivan has been very reliable. It has never broken down once in the whole time we have had it. The only time it left me stuck was when the battery died.

One of my absolute favorite things about my Town and Country was the cargo space. I used it for everything, from hauling to furniture, beds, mulch, lawn equipment, lumber, and even a tractor.

Another great thing about my minivan was the interior. Yes, there was a lot of plastic, but even at 120,000 it cleans up like new with a little Armor All.

The thing I hate most about this van is the driver's seat. It's very uncomfortable after driving for more than 40 minutes. To make matters worse, the first ratchet on the seat doesn't work, so it leans too far back.

The other thing I hate about this minivan is the driver's side rocker panel near the rear wheel is completely rusted.

Faults:

Brakes started squeaking shortly after purchasing. Dealership checked and stated they were fine. They suddenly started to grind. Drove directly to the dealership and found out the rotors were gone, indicator broke off.

Weather stripping around windows came loose twice.

Has a "tweaking/rattle" in the steering wheel.

General Comments:

Rides great.

Roomy and comfortable.

Has great features (TV, CD player etc) that seem to work fine.

Looks very nice driving down the road.

Faults:

Radio & CD player quit at 3000 miles. Dealer replaced.

5000 miles, auto temp control heat on driver's side A/C on passenger side. Dealer had to contact the factory. Entire system replaced.

6500 miles, radio only plays on the rear speakers for the first 15 minutes. The dealer replaced the front speakers, didn't fix it, and replaced the radio again.

7200 miles, side sliding doors will only open 4 inches, then you manually open them. Dealer could not duplicate.

General Comments:

This was my 5th Chrysler mini-van, but there will never a 6th. Had to sell it to Car-Max. Paid 33000. They offered 14000. I had to pay 1550 to get rid of it. Dealers were offering 11000 to 12000, and didn't want it, even with it still under warranty.

Now I have a Honda Odyssey. Great van. Highly recommended.

Faults:

Weather stripping around sliding doors has come loose.

Came from factory with a broken computer module cover which was replaced by dealer.

Wheel lock wrench not delivered with vehicle.

Passenger seat set too high and cannot be lowered causing passengers of average height to knock their head upon entry.

LED illumination for window switches and mirror controls as cost saving measures on a $50,000 vehicle???

General Comments:

Car handles and rides better than the Caravan probably due to the standard load leveling suspension and the firm leather seats.

Could use a 5th gear.

Split rear seat easier to remove that 1 piece bench.
