General Comments:

This truck was and still is one of the most reliable vehicles on the road still today. It gets poor gas mileage, it's load, and it's ugly, but you cannot beat it, with the tow package 3.83-1 rear end gears, it will still hit 110-115 with a little pedal left. I've personally pulled 6' wide 4' tall bushes out of the ground with it, and it didn't harm that old girl one bit. The only thing that can get old, is switching the high beams on and off, every now and then, becoming more and more consistent, the switch will get stuck, and will require the use of a foot to pry it back up, no real big deal, just plain out annoying though. If you're looking for a reliable, long-lasting power-beast, and looks and gas mileage aren't too much of a concern, don't even think twice, this is your non-beauty queen dream.
