One fast car with lots of attiude
The master brake cylinder and the serpentine belt broke.
This is one "sick" car! The Vortech Supercharger makes it a blast to ride!

Great sports car for an everyday driver, power, handling and 27 miles/per gallon on the highway
Hydro pump leaked and was fixed under warranty. Recall on faulty fan clip.
Several modifications have been added to increase the HP to about 250 at the flywheel. Runs great.

Runs good, looks great, crappy dealer service, expensive insurance
Air conditioning quit in 1st 6 months. Took 6 trips to our dealer and 4 more trips to another dealer to get repaired.
Since new to present:
Antilock brakes grind, shake, and do not stop very well. Have been to 7 different dealerships numerous times, none have been able to repair this. Vehicle is now out of warranty and have gotten the lifetime brake plan from Midas. They have not been able to solve this problem either. Antitheft device has left us stranded on numerous occasions.
Engine runs good and economically for its size. This one sure looks good but I think my 89 Ford Taurus that I traded in for this one was a far better car.
I am currently looking at a VW Jetta TDI, it is faster and more economical plus insurance is much cheaper. However I will miss the head turning looks of the Mustang.

Power seat switch broke twice.

Power steering line and power seat were fixed under warranty. Trans grinds once in a while, dealer says its fine. Clearcoat on 17" rims cracking, dealer says it's my fault. Foglite has a water leak, burned out. Clutch is loose sometimes, convertible top is wearing out in a small spot near a crease.
I love driving the car, especially with the top down, it handles well for stock suspension, has a nice rumble, but the dealers are the biggest hassle. They are not easy to deal with and make me sick sometimes. Beware, many T45 transmissions grind due to weak synchros, not too good for a muscle/sports car.
