General Comments:
I purchased this 1994 Q45t new in May, 1993. The fit and finish competes with the best of them.
This car has always been a delight to drive. The car is quick and responsive. The all wheel steering helps to enhance performance and comfort.
I have serviced this car regularly at the dealer, changing the oil every 3500 miles. Service costs are far less than at BMW and Mercedes dealers.
This is one of the most reliable cars that I have owned.
The car has been detailed every 4 months. It still runs and looks as new.
Ray Catena Infiniti, Edison, NJ, sets the standard for customer service. No one does it better!
I have owned many imported luxury cars. I always sold them after about 3 years. I may keep this one as a spare car!

We bought a 93 Q45 with 75000 miles. My wife recently rear-ended someone at 300,000. We were extremely distressed as we had grown so attached to it, and it wasn't worth fixing.
The car drove, at 300,000, as well as at 75,000. We maintained it well, up to 180,000, when we changed all the fuel injectors. By then the A/C compressor had gone, but as we live on the central California coast didn't really need it.
The struts were changed somewhere in the 100,000s. Not wanting to put more money into it, we didn't. So, after 180,000 all we did were oil changes (every 10,000 miles, whether it needed it or not), and brakes.
We liked it so much we bought a 94Q, with 85,000 miles. This engine is shot, at 145,000 (who would have thunk it). Our mechanic (he is very cheap) is about to put the 93 engine in the 94 body. Who knows; maybe we'll get another 100,000 out of it.
Things that had gone, on the 93 at the time of the crash: radio etc., seats, valve cover gasket, drive shaft vibrating.

I owned a 93 Q45 with 360,000 km on it, and I couldn't be so proud of that car how it performs. That slap stick shifter that you could drive like standard with its incredible response is so amazing.
I still drive until now without major issues, transmission is doing great, injectors are fine, water pump is good, chains and guides are working properly. No leaks; well actually there is one, that loose clamp of the steering fluid, and the hazing noise that come from the brakes, which I could not figure out.
Generally this car is so powerful with that much clicks that I put on it, but of course with all the regular maintenance that I did like the oils and tune ups, it's one of a kind, only a little bit odd on looks.
Overall you cannot just beat these sedans with a sporty attitude. Actually I am keeping an eye on a q45t as my third vehicle.
