1982 Jeep CJ7 TN 4.2 6 cylinder
Worth the money, cheap to repair, goes anywhere, and very reliable
Oil leaks around factory plastic valve cover.
Some rust showing in the interior of the Jeep in the floors.
Carburetor needs some work.
Absolutely love it!
Goes anywhere off-road.
Get a 1982 CJ-7 if you don't own one.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

"Get a 1982 CJ-7 if you don't own one."
Given that most people do not own a 1982 CJ-7, and that there just aren't that many still around. I think that if everybody took your advice, demand would far exceed supply.
I would say that (with very few exceptions) the AMC designed Jeeps tend to be far more reliable (and in my opinion superior) to the Chrysler designed models.
