1983 Mitsubishi Pickup D50 4.0

Summary:

Powerful, reliable, good on gas; you won't regret buying this truck

Faults:

Weatherstripping around doors came loose.

Door panels came loose.

Driver side window roll up mechanism broke (a couple of the teeth broke off).

Starter motor failed.

Transmission makes clicking noise in the first three gears.

Dash cracked in a couple of places.

Great power.

Good on gas.

Goes places big trucks won't.

This truck will not leave you stranded.

Been real rough on mine (I've loaded the thing full of boulders, so that the mudflaps were dragging). Still runs great.

General Comments:

This truck is surprisingly powerful, and very reliable, great off road truck.

But is old and has suffered over the years.

1987 Mitsubishi Pickup standard 2.0L

Summary:

Very Pickup Truck!!!

Faults:

Many and many very small problems, but no any big problems. A pickup needs a lot of care, but it runs forever!!!

This pickup is extremely and extremely reliable, but it has so many small problems; however, these small problems have no effect to cause it not keep on driving. All you need, is to keep on changing oil in every 3000 miles, and whenever having time, you keep on fixing those small problems.

I still keep on it.

This car's power is very bad; however, it can go 29 miles per gallen easily!!! I have a 2001 corolla, it can only go 28 miles per gallen gas. Toyota is overally over rated!!!

General Comments:

It is a very good pickup. Too bad they don't make it anymore. If they make it again, I buy it new from them!!!

General Comments:

I have known this truck since it was first owned, it was a work truck with the company I worked for.
